1) Salted Fish(Khara masa)- 200 gm
2) Chopped Onions - 1Cup
3) Tamarind juice - 2 tsp
4) Chopped Coriander - 1/2 Cup
5) Red Chilli Powder - 4 tsp
6) Turmeric Power - 2 tsp
7) Garam Masala - 3 tsp
8) Water - 1 Cup
Recipe:-
1) Take Salted Fish(Khara maza)
2) Boil water in pan
3) Put salted fish in hot water, keep it for 5 min, so that all salt will get removed from fish
4) Remove salted fish from hot water, and wash it again in cold water
5) Now keep pan on gas on low flame, Put 5 tsp oil in it
6) add 1 Cup chopped onions in pan
Stir it occasionally
Let it turn golden brown
Now add 4 tsp red chilli powder, 2 tsp turmeric powder and 3 tsp garam masala powder
Stir it
Add 1/2 Cup chopped coriander in it
Stir it
Now add salted fish in pan
Stir it
Add 1 cup water in pan
Keep lid on pan
Keep it for 5 min
Now add 2 tsp turmeric juice in it
Let it boil for 1 min
Khara Maza is ready
