Ingredients:-
1. All purpose Flour - 1 Kg
2. Semolina - 200 gm
2. Ghee- 4 tsp
3. Corn Flour- 4 tsp
4. Oil - 1Ltr
5. Powder Sugar - 2 Cup
6. Salt - according to your test
5. Milk - 800 ltr
Recipe:-
1) Take 1 kg all purpose flour in a bowl
Add 200 gm semolina and 1 tsp salt in it
2) heat 1 cup ghee, till it get boiled
add this hot oil in all purpose flour
mix it very well by using spoon
3) add milk in flour, and knead a soft dough
4) take 2 tsp ghee in small bowl, add 1 tsp corn flour in it and mix it well
5) make small bolls from the dough
now roll it as thin as possible
apply "ghee-corn flour mixture" on it
put other roti on it
again apply "ghee-corn flour mixture" on it
again add the other layer of roti
again apply "ghee-corn flour mixture" on it
now make a tight roll of it
now cut it in 1 inch peaces
keep the cut side on board and roll it
repeat the same process for each peace
our "Chirote" are ready to fry
6) add 2 Cup oil in frying pan
add "Chirote" in oil, fry it, till it turns golden brown (tip:- fry it on medium flame)
remove it from oil, and keep it on tissue paper, so that it will soak excess oil
follow the same procedure for other bach
Sprinkle some powder sugar on "Chirote"
