Urad Dal Pakoda

Ingredients:- 
1) Urad Dal - 1Cup
2) Green Chilli - 3 Nos.
3) Garlic pest 2 tsp
4) salt - 1tsp
5) Oil - 1 Cup
6) Peanuts - 1Cup
7) Coriander - 1/2 Cup
8) mustard seeds - 1 tsp
9) Cumin seeds - 1 tsp


Recipe:-
1) Sock Urad Dal in water for 12 hrs
2) Roast Green chill on pan
3) Now grind socked Urad Dal, roasted 2 green chillies and 4 garlic 
4) add salt 1 tsp salt in it
Mix it well, 
Our Pakoda batter is ready
5) Now keep Kadai on gas, add 1cup oil in it, let it heat for 2 min
6) put small portion of pakoda batter in oil, 
fry it till it turns golden brown 
7) remove pakodas from oil, put it on tissue paper, so that extra oil will get socked in paper,
Our Urad dal Pakoda is ready to eat

Dry Peanut Chetani

Ingredients:- 
1) Roasted peanut - 1 Cup
2) Oil - 2 tsp
3) Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
4) salt according to test

Recipe:-
1) Roast peanuts on pan 
2)grind it 
3) Now keep pan on gas and add 2 tsp of oil on pan
add roasted peanut powder
stir it occasionally
when it will get dry add 1 tsp red chilli powder and salt according to your test
Mix it well
let it cool for 10 min
Our Peanut Chetani is ready.....😊

Lauki Paratha

Ingredients:- 
1) Lauki(Bottle Gourd) 
2) Curd - 2 tsp
3) Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
4) Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
5) salt - according to test
6) Wheat flour - 4 cup
7) Gram flour - 1cup
8) Oil - 6 tsp

Recipe:-
1) Take lauki, wash it and grate it
add 4 cup wheat flour
add Gram flour
add 4 tsp Curd
add red chilli powder 2 tsp, turmeric powder 1tsp and salt according to your test
add ginger garlic pest - 2 tsp
add 1 tsp oil 
mix it well
if you fill it too much dry, then keep it aside for 10 min, it will release water from lauki (don't add water)
After 10 min again mix it
Now make small bolla from it 
Apply dry flour to this small boll
roll it
keep pan on gas on low flame
let it heat 
The add paratha on pan
roast it on both sides
our Lauki Paratha is ready

Sev Bhaji

Ingredients:-
1) Sev - 200 gm
2) Gram Flour - 2 tsp
3) water - 2 Cup
4) Curry Pest - 2 tsp
5) Oil - 4 tsp
6) Red Chilli powder -  2 tsp
7) Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
8) Garam Masala - 2 tsp
9) Salt - according to your test

Recipe:-
1) keep pan on  gas on low flame and add 4 tsp of oil in it

2) add 2 tsp of gram flour
Stir it occasionally, so that it will not burn
When it turns slight golden brown in colour 
Add 2 tsp of Curry pest in it
Stir occasionally
When it starts realising oil from it
Add 2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp garam masala and salt according to test
Stir it 
Add 2 cup of water 
Let it boil 
Add 50 gm Sev in it, and let it boil
Our Sev Bhaji is ready to eat
Add extra Shev during Eating......😊

Rava appe

Ingredients:-
1) Semolina (Rava) - 1 Cup
2) Carrot - 1 No.
3) Cucumber - 1 No.
4) Beetroot - 1 No.
5) Curd - 1/2 Cup
6) Salt - according to your test
7) Water - 1 Cup
8) Oil - 1/4th Cup

Recipe:-
1) take semolina 1 cup in a container 
Add salt according to your test

2) add 1/2 Cup of curd 
3) add 1 Cup of water
Mix it well and keep it for 10 min
4)grate cucumber, carrot and beetroot
5) After 10 min add salt according to your test
Add Grated cucumber
Add Grated carrot
Add grated beetroot
Mix it well

Our Rava appe batter is ready

6) Now keep appe pan on gas on low flame, don't raise the flame
Add oil on pan
Now add batter in it
Keep lid on it
After 2 to 3 min remove leader from it, and turn the other side of aple
Keep it for 5 min on other side 
Now our Rava appe is ready to eat....😊

It is not spicy, because of this small children's Love's it....Enjoy....😊
