Ingredients:-
1) Lauki(Bottle Gourd)
2) Curd - 2 tsp
3) Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
4) Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
5) salt - according to test
6) Wheat flour - 4 cup
7) Gram flour - 1cup
8) Oil - 6 tsp
Recipe:-
1) Take lauki, wash it and grate it
if you fill it too much dry, then keep it aside for 10 min, it will release water from lauki (don't add water)
After 10 min again mix it
Apply dry flour to this small boll
The add paratha on pan
Enjoy it with dry peanut chetani...😊
