1) Rice - 2Cup
2)Urad Dal - 1Cup
3)water - 1Cup
4) Oil - 4 tsp
5)salt - 1/2 tsp
Recipe :-
1) sock 2 Cup rice in water for 12 hrs
2) sock 1 Cup urad dal in water for 12 hrs
3)After 12 hrs remove water from rice and urad dal
4) Grind rice and urad dal
5) keep this mixture for 12 hrs, so that it will get fertilize
Now the Uppam dove is ready
6) add salt according to your test in the mixture,
7) keep appam pan on gas, on low flame
Add oil in it
Now add small amount of mixture in each compartment
Keep lid on pan for 1.5 min, so that it will get easily removed from pan
Turn other side of appam, keep it in pan till it will turn golden brown and Crispi
Follow the same process for other batches
Appam is ready to eat
