1) Urad Dal - 1Cup
2) Green Chilli - 3 Nos.
3) Garlic pest 2 tsp
4) salt - 1tsp
5) Oil - 1 Cup
6) Peanuts - 1Cup
7) Coriander - 1/2 Cup
8) mustard seeds - 1 tsp
9) Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Recipe:-
1) Sock Urad Dal in water for 12 hrs
2) Roast Green chill on pan
3) Now grind socked Urad Dal, roasted 2 green chillies and 4 garlic
4) add salt 1 tsp salt in it
Mix it well,
Our Pakoda batter is ready
5) Now keep Kadai on gas, add 1cup oil in it, let it heat for 2 min
6) put small portion of pakoda batter in oil,
fry it till it turns golden brown
7) remove pakodas from oil, put it on tissue paper, so that extra oil will get socked in paper,
Our Urad dal Pakoda is ready to eat
