Surmai Fry

Ingredients:-
1) Surmai Fish - 250 gm
2) Ginger - Garlic pest - 1 tsp
3) semolina - 1Cup
4) Tamarind juice - 2tsp
5) coriander - 1cup
6) Red Chilli Powder - 4tsp
7) Turmeric Powder - 2tsp
8) Salt - according to your test
9) Oil - 1/2 Cup


Recipe:-
1) Wash Surmai 2 to 3 times in water
2) Add Red Chilli powder 2 tsp, turmeric powder 1 tsp and salt according to your test in fish
3) Add Ginger garlic pest and coriander
4) Add tamarind juice 2 tsp in fish
5)mix all these marination spices very well
6) keep it aside for marination for 1 hr.
7) take 1 Cup semolina in pate, add red chilli powder 1 tsp, turmeric powder 1 tsp and salt according to your test
8) mix it well
apply this mixture to fish
9) keep pan on gas on low flame
add 4 tsp of oil on pan
let it heat for 1 min
Now keep fish on pan
keep each side for 10 min, so that it will become crispy
Surmai fry is ready to eat
