Chicken Curry with Masala Chicken

Ingredients:-
1) Chicken - 1 kg
2) Onion - 3 Nos
3) grated dry coconut - 1 cup
4) Coriander - 1 Cup
5) Garlic pest - 2 tsp 
6) chopped Ginger - 2 tsp
7)water - 6 cup 
8) Oil - 1 cup
9) Red Chilli powder - 6 tsp
10) Turmeric Powder - 4 tsp
11) Garam Masala - 6 tsp
12) Salt - according to your test

Recipe:-
1) Curry pest :-
*Roast Onions
*Roast grated coconut

Grind roasted onion, roasted coconut, coriander, ginger, garlic

 now the Curry Pest is ready

2) wash the chicken 2 to 3 times in water

3) Heat the Pan, Put 1/2 cup oil in it, 
Now put chopped onions in it, fry it till it will turn golden brown, 
now put 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp of red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder in it
stir it 
put the chicken in it..., Stir it, keep lid on it...., For 10 min, 
After 10 min insert 4 cup of water, cooked it for 30 min
4) after 30 min, the chicken is well cooked,

Separate the chicken and chicken stock
          Let's Make "Masala Chicken"
Keep pan, On gas, put 1/4th Cup of Oil in it, let it heat for 30 sec, 

now put Curry pest in it. 
Stir it till it release oil from it and became slightly golden brown, 
now insert 3 tsp red chilli powder, 2 tsp Turmeric powder, 3 tsp Garam Masala Powder and salt according to your test. 
Mix it well, 
now put cooked chicken in it, 
mix it well ,
 keep it for 5 min.

            Our Masala Chicken is ready

                   Let's make a Curry
Keep pan on gas, put 1/4th cup of oil in it, let it heat for 30 sec.
 now put 2tsp of Gram flour in oil , 
continuously stir it , so that it will not burn, 
when it turns golden brown in color , put curry pest in it,
 again continuously stir it.
 When the curry pest release oil from it put 3 tsp Red chilli powder, 2tsp turmeric powder, 3 tsp Garam masala powder and salt according to test. 
Mix it well, 
now put chicken stock in it. Let it boil for 5 min. 
****Our Chicken Curry is ready****

Curry Pest


Ingredients:-
1) Onions - 5 nos.
2) Grated Coconut - 1Cup
3) Garlic 
4) Ginger
5) Coriander

Recipe:-
1) Roast Onions 

2) Grate Coconut by using grater 

3) Roast grated coconut
4) Take grinder pot 

Add Garlic

Add Ginger

Add Coriander
Add Roasted Coconut
Add Roasted Onions
Add 1/4 this cup water
Now grind it fine
Our Curry Pest is ready....
You can use it for cookin veg as well as non-veg

Pomfret Fry



Ingredients:-
1) Pomfret Fish - 4 Nos.
2) Ginger - Garlic pest - 2 tsp
3) Red Chilli Powder - 6 tsp
4) Turmeric Powder - 4 tsp
5) Salt - 4 tsp
6) Semolina - 1 Cup
7) Oil - 1/2 Cup
6) Tamarind juice - 4 tsp

8) Wash Pomfret fish 2 to 3 times in water

9) Now add 2 tsp of Ginger - Garlic pest

10) Add 3 tsp of Red chilli Powder 

11) Add 2 tsp of Turmeric Powder

12) Add 2 tsp of salt 

13) Add 4 tsp of tamarind juice

mix it well
Let it marinate for 1 hr

14) Take 1 Cup semolina in plate, add 3 tsp Red chilli powder, 2 tsp Turmeric powder and 2 tsp salt 

mix it well

apply this semolina and spices mixture to pomfret fish

15) Heat the pan on low flame, put oil in pan 
Now put pomfret fish in pan, keep each side of fish for 10 min, so that it will become crispy

Now our Fish is ready to eat
