Ingredients:-
1) Sesame seeds (Til)- 250 gm
2) Grated Jagger (Gul) - 100 gm
3) Oil - 1 tsp
Recipe:-
1) Keep kadai on gas on low flame
2) Put sesame seeds in kadai & rost it till it will turn slit golden in colour
Continuously stir it by using spoon, so that it will not burn,
5) when the Jagger get melt and starts releasing air out , then put sesame seeds in it and mix it well
6)Remove kadai from gas, put it outside, before it cools down, make small balls by using hands
Take small portion of mixture on one hand, as shown in following pic. and roll it by using other hand.
(If the mixture gate cool down, then it become harder and you will not able to form ball shape)

7) Grease the plate with oil, now keep the bolls on plate.
(Because of greasing theses "Tilgul" will not stick to the plate as well as each other)
Now it is ready to Eat.....😊
