Pomfret Fry



Ingredients:-
1) Pomfret Fish - 4 Nos.
2) Ginger - Garlic pest - 2 tsp
3) Red Chilli Powder - 6 tsp
4) Turmeric Powder - 4 tsp
5) Salt - 4 tsp
6) Semolina - 1 Cup
7) Oil - 1/2 Cup
6) Tamarind juice - 4 tsp

8) Wash Pomfret fish 2 to 3 times in water

9) Now add 2 tsp of Ginger - Garlic pest

10) Add 3 tsp of Red chilli Powder 

11) Add 2 tsp of Turmeric Powder

12) Add 2 tsp of salt 

13) Add 4 tsp of tamarind juice

mix it well
Let it marinate for 1 hr

14) Take 1 Cup semolina in plate, add 3 tsp Red chilli powder, 2 tsp Turmeric powder and 2 tsp salt 

mix it well

apply this semolina and spices mixture to pomfret fish

15) Heat the pan on low flame, put oil in pan 
Now put pomfret fish in pan, keep each side of fish for 10 min, so that it will become crispy

Now our Fish is ready to eat
