Kothimbir Vadi

Ingredients:- 
1) Chopped  Coriander (kothimbir) - 2 Cup
2) Gram flour - 100 gm
3) Pearl Millet (Bajara) flour - 25 gm
4) Sorghum (Jowar) flour- 25 gm
5) Rice flour- 25 gm
6) Semolina - 25 gm
6) Oil - 2 tsp
7) Backing soda - 1 tsp
8) Salt- 1 tsp
9) Red Chilli powder - 2 tsp
10) Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
11) Ginger Garlic Pest - 2 tsp
12) water - as per requirement

Recipe:-
1) take coriander, wash it 2 to 3 times in water, Chopped it as small as possible.
2) Take a bowl, add chopped coriander 2 Cup in it, add Gram Flour 100 gm, Bajara flour 25gm, Jowar Flour 25 gm, Rice flour 25gm, semolina 25 gm
3) Add  1 tsp backing soda, 2tsp Red Chilli powder, 1tsp Turmeric powder, 2 tsp ginger garlic pest, 2 tsp oil, and salt as per your test.  
Mix this well, add water if required
4) make donuts shaped boll from mixture

5) Steam these bolls for 45 min

6) After 45 min remove these ball  in plate, cool it for 15 min
7) after cooling, slice it in small pieces, 
8) heat the pan on gas, Add 4 tsp Oil , add these slices on pan , fry it for 1min on each side
9) Coriander Vadi is ready to Eat
