Bangada Fry

Bangada Fry
Ingredients:-
1) Bangada Fish - 2 prices
2) Ginger - Garlic Pest - 1tspoon
3) tamarind juice 1 tbs
(Sock tamarind in water for 10 min, 
After 10 min remove tamarind from water, use only remaining tamarind juice)
4) red chilli powder - 4tbs
5) turmeric powder - 2tbs
6) salt - 2 tbs
7) semolina - 1cup
8) Oil - 2tbs

Recipe:-
*Wash Bangada fish in water (2 to 3 times )

* Preparing marination :- take 2 tbs ginger-garlic pest + Red chilli powder 2tbs + Turmeric Powder 1 tbs + Salt 1tbs + Tamarind juice 1tbs.....Mix it well

* Apply marination mixture to fish...Keep it for 1 hr to marinate
* Dry mixture:- take 1 cup semolina, add 2tbs Red chilli Powder, 1tbs turmeric powder, 1tbs salt..
Mix it well
* Heat the pan , insert 2 tbs oil
* put the fish in a. Dry mixture, apply it to fish very well
* Now put fish in pan, keep 1 side of fish for 10 min on low flame, and other side for 10 min, so that it will become crispy
* Our fish is ready to eat,,,😊
