Chicken Tandoori
Hello Friends, Today we are making Chicken Tandoori in OTG Owen
Ingredients:-
1) Chicken - 1kg
2) Curd - 500 gm
(Remove all the water from curd by using cloth (Hung curd) )
3) Oil - 4 table spoon
4) solt - according to your test
5) Ginger-Garlic pest- 2 table spoon
6) Red chilli powder - 4 table spoon
7) Termeric powder - One table spoon
8) Lemon juice - 2 table spoon
Recipe:-
1) take a chicken in bowl, wash it in 3 to 4 times in water, Then soak it in salted water for 1 hr. Then remove all the water from chiken
2) Preparing marination:-
Take curd in a bowl, remove all the water from curd by using cloth, after that add chilly powder, turmeric powder, laman juice, soalt,oil in curd. Mix it well
Add chicken in this marination
Keep it for 6 Hrs.
4) OTG procedure:-
Pre heat the OTG Owen at 220 degree Celsius for 10 min.
After pre heating, put all the chicken pieces in the tray, keep it in OTG Owen, set the temperature at 220 degree for 35 min.
After 35 min. Remove the tray from Owen careful.
Now the chicken tandoori is ready to eat
Serve it with Pudina Curd chuteny
